Support service for activity management helps you to keep track of scheduled activities. For example it can be an agreement that is monitored, or an overview of the companys obligigation to control equipment or an annual plan of systematic work.
The user can choose in which categories / folders, various activities will be placed. All activities follow three steps: registration, reminder and follow-up. A search engine makes it easy to sort tasks by status, who is responsible for them, or other keywords.
User privileges can be adjusted in general or individually for each task. A user can have access to follow-up certain activities but may not even have permission to read the others.
The system sends out reminders to registered email addresses on given time. This also applies for recurring tasks.
The system keeps log of who registers and follows up activities.
